Michael grew up in southeastern NC and has strong family roots from New Hanover County to Onslow County. Michael left the coast to attend Louisburg and ECU but could not wait to come back home in the early 90’s. His family has a local furniture business and he began his sales career at an early age. In April of 2004, Michael branched out and became a realtor, working under one of the largest firms in the area. The last six years have been spent with an independent firm that acquired foreclosed listings along with traditional sales. He has personally brokered sales ranging from a $50,000 house in the country to a number of $1,000,000 luxury properties on or by the water. Michael attributes his success by combining his skills as an exceptional listener as well as his thorough knowledge of the area and the local real estate markets.

Michael is excited to be the owner of his new company, 1% Flat Rate Realty. He is actively working with existing clients as well as seeking new relationships with buyers and sellers. Michael would love to discuss your goals and work with you to accomplish those goals.

Michael has lived in the Ogden area of Wilmington for over 20 years and enjoys our special area on the coast to the fullest. His hobbies include boating, fishing and golf.
